The Three Little Wolves and the Big Bad Pig
Good evening,
As the culmination of our helping out Room 12 with their writing, Room 3 popped back over to video the results.
Great stuff Room 12!
And a good time was had by all.

Time for Pen to Paper
Good afternoon,
Following on from the work we've been doing with Room 12, Room 3 popped back this morning to help them get their character's experiences down onto pen and paper.
The room was fair buzzing!

Acting to Write
Good afternoon,
As part of our staff's ongoing collaborative practice, Room 3 once again hopped over to Room 12 to teach them Freeze Frames and Thoughts Aloud with the aim of inspiring them to write.
And a good time was had by all!
Tomorrow we put pen to paper.

Catch Up Tuesday
(Sorry, bit of a Room 3 post, this one...)
Good evening,
Today we furthered our Stats learning by converting the data that we collected on Friday morning...
...on the class question...
...of just how many are traveling by themselves in their motorcars?
Which, after a bit of Google Slides learning, produced this.
Turns out, quite a few.
So now, hopefully, the children will have a better idea of how to go about an investigation themselves.
Later in the morning, after some reading...
...we did a bit of prep for Freeze Framing and Talking Aloud with Room 12.
Who we joined after lunch.
This will help them get into character, so that they can write a personal experience from that character's perspective. Just like we've done for Flanders Field and Harry Hobnail and the Pungapeople.
And a good time was had by all.
