Good afternoon,

Today in the Batten Team things were pretty laid back...right up until the time when three quarters of the camp photos that the children were sorting through on Google Drive went missing!

Ah well.

We did get some thank you cards completed. Which is nice.

Speaking of photos, if anyone's got any from camp, please send them to school (via email, or on a flashdrive/memory stick). We'd love to have them.

We've had a busy day.


Just a quick message to let you all know that we've arrived safe and sound (and have discovered the wireless network!). The children have had a great day. A very busy day, but a great day nonetheless.

What, with a bus ride...

...the walk in...

...and the afternoon's activities - Flying Fox, Aero Jumping (harnessed trampolining) and the Water Slide. All of which kept me a touch busy, so I didn't get any photos of those, those others did. So...more photos to follow.

Going-Through-The-Hoops Wednesday

Good afternoon,

We really put them through some hoops this fine day. Firstly with a formative writing assessment...

...to see what they know and what they need to work on, then some team building, first with four...

...then three...

...then two...

....boys...

...girls...

...and all in together.

With varying degrees of success.

Oh, and speaking of hoops...
